When you purchase an international insurance policy on this website, or when you request a free quote from us, we will ask you for some information to enable us to provide you with the highest levels of service and the most accurate quotations possible.

The information which you supply to us will be used for:

Additionally, we may share the information you provide with registers used by the insurance industry for fraud prevention and for validation of your personal data with legal, governmental or judicial bodies and regulators if requested to do so. If you provide us with information which we suspect is false or misleading (fraudulent) we will record this. Coversure is committed to protecting our customers against fraud. We have a statutory responsibility to prevent our insurance plans being used as a method for financial crime and, consequently, have in place a number of strict policies to prevent, deter, detect and investigate cases of suspected fraud.

To prevent fraud, we work with other insurance providers and a number organizations including:

International Insurance Bodies
International Police and Investigative Agencies.
The Health Insurance Counter Fraud Group (HICFG).

We will share information with other organizations under Article S29 (3) of the Data Protection Act to:
Prevent Fraudulent or Improper Claims
Prevent and Detect Crime, whether financial or otherwise.
Apprehend and Prosecute offenders of fraudulent activities
